American Mgmt Announces New Hyatt Place in Riverhead, NY
February 14, 2011 - Atlantis Hotels, LLC and American Resort Management, LLC an Erie based Hotel Development and Management Company today announced that construction is well underway on the new Hyatt Place East End at Atlantis Marine Resort & Banquet Center located in the heart of Riverhead, New York on Long Island. The hotel is expected to open in July 2011 and the Sea Star Banquet Center in September 2011. The hotel and banquet center will be professionally managed by American Resort Management, LLC of Erie, PA.
The Hyatt Place East End will include 100 rooms and suites, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, state of the art fitness center, intimate coffee and wine cafe, business center and a 120 slip transient marina. The hotel will be situated adjacent to the Sea Star Banquet Center, Changing Exhibit Gallery and The Marine World Aquarium. Located on the tip of the fork of East Long Island, the Resort and Conference Center will feature spectacular water and marina views.
The Conference Center and Long Island Exhibit Hall, located between the Hyatt Place hotel and the Atlantis Marine World Aquarium, will feature the Sea Star Ballroom with 5,300 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space adjacent to the changing exhibition gallery two stories high with more than 5,000 square feet of exhibit space that will host exhibits such as BODIES, TITANIC and Dinosaurs and will open with Butterflies.
