February 16, 2011 - The Holiday Inn Express New Liskeard is located on TransCanada Highway 11, two kilometres from the City of Temiskaming. The new hotel includes 27 bedroom suites featuring one bedroom, full kitchen and separate living room. Holiday Inn Express New Liskeard is the first new hotel built in the City of Temiskaming Shores in over 20 years.

The property will also showcase the Holiday Inn Express brand's new sign in keeping with the $1 billion Holiday Inn relaunch, first announced in 2007.
