Rainmaker Taps Top Talent
ATLANTA, GA - March 10, 2011 - The Rainmaker Group announced today that it has appointed two senior executives with the leadership expertise to help the company's founders guide Rainmaker toward the best opportunities during its continued period of extraordinary growth. Rainmaker is the leading provider of automated revenue management software and services to the gaming/hospitality and multifamily housing industries.
Jack Alexander has joined Rainmaker as Vice Chairman to oversee strategic markets, partners and products. Andrew Rains joined to serve as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Both of these seasoned professionals worked with Rainmaker in an advisory capacity prior to their recent appointments. According to Rainmaker's founders and principals, Bruce Barfield and Tammy Farley, these appointments are intended to further strengthen Rainmaker's executive team and enhance the execution capabilities of the company's current growth and future growth initiatives.
“Jack and Andrew are the most capable professionals in their areas of expertise,” said Bruce Barfield, Principal and President of Rainmaker. “Asking them to formally join our team allows us to fully leverage their expertise at a time when we are experiencing exceptional growth. We've more than doubled the number of our multifamily housing clients in 2010 and so far in 2011, we've added more than a dozen new clients from both the multifamily and casino gaming industries.” Barfield said the company also grew staff in 2010 to support the significant expansion of its client base and moved into new larger offices to allow for future growth. “We are fortunate to now have Jack and Andrew full time and we look forward to benefiting from these two appointments as we continue to evolve our business and explore new opportunities,” concluded Barfield.
