July 7, 2011- Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc ("WHI"), announced today it has been selected to advise in the sale of the Residence Inn by Marriott-Union Hill, located in Kansas City, Missouri. The Property is located at 2975 Main Street, which is a major north/south arterial street that connects downtown Kansas City south to the Crown Center area and the Country Club Plaza.

This urban area has experienced excellent growth in the past few years with the construction and opening of the 4,000 employee Internal Revenue Service Center and the Federal Reserve Bank, which is one block from the Property. Other companies proximate to the Property include Hallmark Cards, Argent Insurance, H&R Block, DST Systems, Kansas City Southern Railroads, FDIC, US Department of Justice and APP Labs.
