RCI and Orange Lake Resorts Renew Long-standing Affiliation Agreement

PARSIPPANY, NJ - August 5, 2011 - RCI®, the global leader in vacation exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) family of brands, and Orange Lake Resorts, home to Holiday Inn Club Vacations ®, announced a renewal of their affiliation agreement that continues a nearly 30-year business relationship.

The multi-year agreement covers Holiday Inn Club Vacations' six resorts, which feature suites and villas with a range of amenities to suit many types of vacationers. The resorts again continuing in the RCI Points® and The Registry Collection ® programs include: Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, Fla., Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Ascutney Mountain Resort in Brownsville, Vt., Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wis., Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Bay Point Resort in Panama City Beach, Fla., Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Holiday Inn Club Vacations Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
