McKibbon Appoints John Mesaros GM of 134-room Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers, FL
FT MYERS, FL - August 26, 2011 - McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc., based in Tampa, Florida, announced that John Mesaros has been selected to join the company's management team as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers at I-75 & Gulf Coast Town Center.
John attended Penn State University, and has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. He began his career in 1989, working at several Courtyard by Marriott properties in a variety of positions. In November 1998, John served as the opening General Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Naples, Florida, leading this hotel until his departure in July 2011 to join the McKibbon team. He has been recognized with twenty-eight different awards, including Marriott's prestigious Diamond General Manager of the Year.
Situated off of Interstate 75 and Alico Road at Exit 128 in the Gulf Coast Town Center shopping village, the Courtyard by Marriott has 134 rooms, including 6 suites.
