Hotel Equities to Manage Two Inns in Stony Creek, VA
71-room Hampton Inn and the 64-room Sleep Inn
Atlanta, GA - September 14, 2011 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com ) recently acquired the hotel management contract for two properties in Stony Creek, Virginia, the 71-room Hampton Inn and the 64-room Sleep Inn. Located on I-95 about 30 minutes south of Richmond, Stony Creek is a new market for Hotel Equities (HE).
Tamika Gant serves as General Manager of the Hampton Inn and Donato Nosce is General Manager of the Sleep Inn.

The newly renovated Sleep Inn features rooms with 37-inch flat screen televisions, high speed Internet access and a free daily newspaper.
