Mumford Completes Sale of Re-launched Holiday Inn Express, Campbellsville, KY
Newport News, VA - September 15, 2011 - The Mumford Company was pleased to represent Ahlan Wasahlan Hospitality in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express of Campbellsville, Kentucky to R&R Hospitality, LLC. Financing consisted of an assumed SBA loan along with an additional private loan.
Recently renovated to include the Holiday Inn Express Re-Launch program, the new owners plan to make additional renovations and retain the Holiday Inn Express franchise. The property has a solid, long-term competitive advantage due to superior branding and limited competition in the market.
The 65-room property has high visibility from Campbellsville Rd/KY 210 and enjoys numerous corporate demand generators including Amazon.com. Campbellsville University is located nearby and visitors to Tebbs Bend Battle Field as well as Taylor County Regional Hospital create demand for the hotel.
