JACKSONVILLE, FL, February 6, 2007. Mazili Hotel Group, a Hotel Brokerage Investment Company, advised Nikita Hotels, Inc. in the sale of the Ramada Limited located in Jacksonville, Florida to Okeechobee Inn, Inc. and its subsidiary West Palm Motel Corp.
