Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree Opens May 15
New hotel is first phase of 10.2 acre South Shore redevelopment
May 3, 2012 - Boston-based development firm, Carpenter & Company, will open the new Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree, the first Hyatt Place Hotel on Massachusetts' South Shore. The new 204-room hotel will open to guests May 15, 2012. Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree offers business travelers and families unbeatable select-service with 24/7 amenities in smartly designed and tech-friendly surroundings. The hotel is located just 12 miles outside ofBoston at the intersection of Routes 95 and 128.
The project will also include a new 32,000 square foot building for retail and restaurants, and another 6,000 SF retail building, slated to roll out later this summer.
