BROOMFIELD, CO - August 7, 2012 - In its August 2012 issue, Colorado Biz Magazine has again named the Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa as one of the Top 5 Colorado Companies to Work For. This is the second consecutive year that Omni Interlocken Resort has been included in the top large companies' category, moving up from #5 in 2011 to #2 in 2012.

Colorado Biz Magazine teamed with the Colorado State Council of the Society of Human Resources to produce the list of the best companies to work for in the state. The 30 companies on the list are categorized into small, medium and large, based upon the number of employees in the company. For the large companies (250 or more employees), a random survey of the workforce was conducted by Delaware-based consulting firm, Modern Think.

The Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa actively promotes its employees from within its ranks, offering both Manager in Development, and Executive in Development programs. These programs which require a six-month contract to complete, above and beyond the regular duties of the job, are open to all hotel department employees from housekeeping, to front office and finance.
