Key Club LP and an Affiliate of Ocean Properties Announce Sale of Longboat Key Club & Resort
Longboat Key, FL - October 18, 2012 - Key Club Associates, LP. today announced that they have reached an agreement with an affiliate of Ocean Properties, Ltd. to acquire the Longboat Key Club & Resort located on Longboat Key, FL for an undisclosed price.
Most recently in the news for having entered into a “due diligence” phase regarding a potential partnership agreement, initial negotiations are now complete and the deal is anticipated to close by the end of this month. After further review and working through the complexities of the transaction, both parties felt that an outright sale was more appropriate.
