Hotel Equities Adds Management of Wingate in Aberdeen, Maryland
Atlanta, GA - November 16, 2012 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently assumed the management for the 107-room Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Aberdeen, Maryland. The hotel is located off I-95 near Aberdeen Proving Ground and 30 minutes from the downtown Baltimore area.
With the addition of the Wingate by Wyndham hotel to the Hotel Equities' portfolio, the firm now manages hot properties comprised of 4,500 guest rooms in seven states. The firm has added 21 properties to its portfolio in 2011 and 10 more to date in 2012.
Local area attractions include the Cal Ripken Experience, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum, the Babe Ruth Museum and all of the entertainment, cultural and historic options that Baltimore and the Inner Harbor area afford.
