Rocco Brings in New Managers
Rocco Forte Hotels has announced the appointment of two new General Managers.
SEPTEMBER 12, 2006. Stefano Gegnacorsi is the new General Manager of Rocco Forte's Hotel Savoy in Florence. Stefano has been General Manager of the award-winning Palazzo Sasso on the Amalfi Coast for the last five years, but previously worked for Rocco Forte's Hotel de Russie in Rome as Hotel Manager.
Hotel Savoy is Florence's finest five-star destination, overlooking the historic Piazza della Repubblica and ideally placed for the city's many fashion houses, museums and galleries.
Davide Bertilaccio, the outgoing General Manager of Hotel Savoy, is moving to Geneva to assume the role of General Manager at Rocco Forte's Le Richemond.
Davide brings with him nearly 20 years of luxury hotel experience, including the last five as General Manager of Hotel Savoy.
Currently undergoing extensive refurbishment, Le Richemond, located in the heart of Geneva, will re-open in May 2007 bringing a new level of sophistication to the Swiss city.
