Buche Passion Star

In the spirit of celebration, our new highlight for Christmas this year is the Buche Passion Star, created in two different spectacular versions to suit your every indulgence - a 750g Buche Passion Star Cake or Six delightfully packaged Cupcakes, both perfect for a gift to your special one or to pamper yourself with friends and family!

A refreshing sight for the eyes, the Passion Star is created to resemble a snowy mountain - a unique scene we do not get to see in our tropical climate! Let your imagination take flight with our light citrus chiffon sponge cake amidst passion fruit mousse and an almond chocolate praline base for that added crunch, topped with passion fruit meringue bits and snow to complete your picturesque Christmas.

Fill your Christmas table with a delightful mix of festive goodies from the Fairyland Cottage for a hearty celebration! For a classic turkey with a twist, opt for Hua Ting's Cantonese Roasted Turkey stuffed with Herbs and Spices.

This year's new offerings include Buche Passion Star Cake and Cupcake, Red Berries and Rose Log Cake, Homemade Raspberry or Strawberry Marshmallow, Orchard Christmas Brandy Fruit Cake, and the Christmas Cempedak Gateaux Basque!

ORCHARD CAFÉ (lobby level)

Round up your fellow colleagues, friends and family to feast on an alluring spread of mouthwatering delights at Orchard Cafe. We are set to amaze with exceptional highlights - Gratin of Oyster with Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce, Grilled Fillet of Salmon with Sorrel Cream, Duck Leg Confit with Five Spices Crust, Pommery Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Sage and Lemon Marinate. Not forgetting traditional festive dishes - succulent Roasts, Roasted Acacia Honey Glazed Ballantine Tom Turkey and Chestnut Stuffing, Gingerbread Spiced Black Forest Ham with Lingonberry Compote, and other favourite treats. Orchard Cafe's Christmas Eve Buffet is served from 12.00pm - 2.30pm at $60 per adult, $30 per child for lunch; from 3.00pm - 5.00pm at $45 per adult and $22.50 per child for hi-tea; and from 6.00pm - 10:00pm at $95 per adult, $47.50 per child for dinner.

On Christmas day, Lunch is served from 12.00pm - 2.30pm at $70 per adult, $35 per child; Buffet Hi-Tea is from 3.00pm - 5.00pm at $45 per adult and $22.50 per child; and Buffet Dinner from 6.00pm - 10.00pm at $85 per adult and $42.50 per child.

Orchard Cafe offers Pre-Festive Buffet Lunches, High Tea and Dinners from 10 to 23 and 26 to 30 December. Pre-festive Buffet Lunch on Mondays to Fridays starts from 12.00pm - 2.30pm at $48 per adult, $24 per child and on Saturdays and Sundays at $52 per adult, $26 per child. Pre-festive Buffet High Tea is served from 3.00pm - 5.00pm on weekdays at $35 per adult, $17.50 per child and on Saturdays and Sundays at $40 per adult, $20 per child. Pre-festive Buffet Dinner is served from 6.00pm - 10.00pm on Sundays to Thursdays at $58 per adult, $29 per child, and on Fridays and Saturdays at $65 per adult, $32.50 per child.

HUA TING (Level 2)

Seeking for an alternative to all the Christmas celebrations filled with turkey, glazed ham and log cakes? Satisfy your tastebuds with Hua Ting's Christmas Set Menus, created this year just for you!

Add an Oriental touch to your Christmas feasting with Masterchefs' exquisite dishes such as Braised Sliced Abalone and Chinese Mushroom stuffed with Minced Chicken, Pan-fried Diced Kurobuta Pork in Lettuce Cup, Braised Diced Venison with Fresh Foie Gras, Steamed Fillet of Sea Perch with Minced Garlic, Braised Mian Xian with Live Prawns in XO Sauce. New Pastry Chef Ng Chee Leong

Coming from 10 years of formal training and being a familiar face in many regional and international competitions representing Singapore, Chef Chee Leong was most recently Team Singapore's Pastry Chef that won the Gold Medal Gourmet Team category at Food & Hotel Asia. With vast experience in whipping up sweet creations, the 33-year-old Singaporean has done it again this year with a unique twist - Buche Passion Star, his debut as Orchard Hotel Singapore's Pastry Chef.
