DePalma Retains Management of Wyndham Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Reading, PA
New Owners, Genesis Ventures, Property to Undergo Extensive Renovation
Arlington, TX, January 21, 2013 - Joseph DePalma, Sr., CEO of DePalma Hotel Corporation announced today that the Historic Wyndham Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Reading, PA would remain under management contract with new ownership of the hotel. “After extensive vetting and interviews with multiple hotel management companies, we're proud that the new ownership interests of the hotel's operating company, Genesis Ventures, has retained DePalma to continue to manage this landmark hotel.” said DePalma.
The Wyndham Abraham Lincoln Hotel will be undergoing an extensive renovation in the upcoming eighteen months including the addition of an indoor pool, extensive health club and 5,000 sq ft Spa. “We are excited to continue our ten plus years managing in the southeast Pennsylvania area” noted Robert Lepore, Senior Vice President of Development for DePalma. “Working with this highly respected local ownership group and their commitment to the hotel and area is an enormous positive for our associates, guests and the entire southeastern Pennsylvania community.
