David Moore Named Corporate Controller for HRI Lodging
NEW ORLEANS, LA - July 10, 2013 - David Moore has been named corporate controller for HRI Lodging, announced Alan Baer, vice president of finance of the company.
Moore has more than 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he was the corporate controller for Expotel Hospitality Services, a New Orleans-based hotel management company. In that position, he managed all aspects of the accounting functions for the firm, which manages 13 hotels in Melbourne, Fla.; Phoenix; Schaumburg and Gurnee, Ill.; Westminster, Colo.; Fresno, Calif.; Biloxi, Miss.; and New Orleans.
He has also served as general manager of the Holiday Inn Select/New Orleans International Airport and controller for the Pontchartrain and Clarion hotels in New Orleans and Madden Investments in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and the Clarion Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska.
Moore graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in business management.
