The 158 bedroom Hampton by Hilton Hotel is being constructed in the Europa-Allee, within walking distance to the convention centre and the main station. The hotel is due to open late summer 2015.
“Foremost is pleased to be adding the first Hampton by Hilton hotel to Germany's financial capital,” states Hubert van de Loo, Managing Director of Foremost Hospitality. “We are confident that the Hampton by Hilton Brand will thrive through Germany and will be announcing more developments within this year,” he added.
This hotel will feature its brands' signature offerings, such as complimentary breakfast, a lounge bar, a business centre as well as modern amenities in the guest rooms such as flat screen TVs, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and power showers. This Hotel will also provide a fitness area for the guests to enjoy. The Hampton by Hilton hotel is designed and styled to appeal to both business and leisure travelers, offering best-in-class service and comfort.
Mr. Reiner Nittka, from the managing committee of GBI AG, is happy to be working on this very interesting project with Foremost: “A brand like Hampton by Hilton will make the hotel market in Frankfurt very attractive.” The construction is underway and on schedule according to Nittka. This project is being financed by the UniCredit Bank AG/Hypovereinsbank. “I am convinced that this project with Foremost Hospitality will be a success,” says Nittka. This successful partnership can be seen in their Hampton by Hilton project in Nuremberg. Proof: The building was sold to the German investment fund WestInvest shortly after construction began. This hotel is one of many being planned by Foremost Hospitality. Foremost Hospitality has signed a multiple development agreement with Hilton Worldwide to develop Hampton by
Hilton Hotels in Germany. After Nuremberg, Hamburg, and this project in Frankfurt, Foremost is planning Hampton by Hilton hotels in other major cities in Germany.
