Boomerang Hotels & Ali's Hospitality to Convert Oregon's Hotel Eugene to Guesthouse Inn & Suites
HENDERSONVILLE, TN / ABERDEEN, SD - September 8, 2014 - Boomerang Hotels announced today it has signed an agreement with Ali's Hospitality, LLC, owned by Weishan Jin and Jie Liu, for the conversion of the Hotel Eugene, formerly a Shilo Inn, located just outside of Eugene, Oregon to a GuestHouse International® Inn & Suites.
The conversion of the 140-room property located at 3350 Gateway St in Springfield, Oregon will include renovations and upgrades to both the interior and exterior. The grand opening is scheduled to take place in late October 2014.

As part of Boomerang Hotels, the Eugene/Springfield GuestHouse Inn & Suites' guest amenities and services after the conversion will include free wireless Internet connection, complimentary hot breakfast, and kids stay free (in room with parent).
