Asean Hotelworks, a major hospitality solutions and hospitality management provider has teamed up with Asset Management Solutions a Phuket based Property Management provider for mostly condominiums, estates and mixed use hospitality ventures.

A recent statement by the M.D. of Asset Management Solutions Phuket, Khun Pin, mentioned' we have identified the overlap and synergies between Asset Management and property and hospitality management, and that a good mix of both leads to more flexible, hospitable, efficient services as opposed to the traditional and rigid property management model' she furthermore stated 'since most condominium projects in tourist destinations are 95% focused on returns of investments, we believe the marketing clout of Asean Hotelworks Phuket and its pre opening and design input knowledge base will help us focus on the operational/maintenance aspects which is our strength'

Several new projects are in the pipe-line with existing projects accounting for 65% of the target.
