SAINT LOUIS, MO, October 28, 2015 - An investment group led by Midas Hospitality, LLC announces the development of a new 124-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lenexa, KS. The St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC will manage the asset.

Located in Johnson County at 17190 W 87th Street Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Lenexa, KS is 24-miles SW of downtown Kansas City, MO, ideally located at exit 3 off of the I-435 corridor. The $20 million, 5-story project will include 124 all-suite rooms with fully equipped kitchens, 1,300 sq. ft. of meeting space, Lobby Bar, fitness center, indoor pool, 5,200 sq. ft.
