Black Diamond Group of Companies announces that it has entered into a joint venture with Gabriel, Ciccolini & Fresco a United Kingdom development partnership to construct a $101,600,000 hotel and medical complex near Zurich. Black Diamond's equity contribution to be $30,000,000, in addition to funding $40,000,000 debt. The all-suites hotel will provide 5 star services. The Medical Surgical Centre will provide various type of outpatient surgical and medical services
