Loreto Bay Installs SMS|Host Hospitality Management

System Ownership Functionality Key for Resort Management

NEW HARTFORD, NY, APRIL 16, 2007. PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC) and the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems, is pleased to announce that The Villages of Loreto Bay have selected PAR's SMS|Host Hospitality Management System for their Mexican seaside resort in Loreto, Baja California Sur.

Located along the Sea of Cort'es in Baja California Sur, Mexico, The Villages of Loreto Bay comprise a $3 billion project which will be built over 12 to 15 years. Approximately 6,000 homes will be situated in pedestrian-oriented, car free neighborhoods. The project includes the 155 room Inn at Loreto Bay as well as a Beach Club and Spa, Golf Club and retail, entertainment and recreational facilities. With a goal of being a sustainable development, 5,000 acres of the total 8,000 acre site will be maintained as a natural "greenlands" preserve.

In addition to the SMS|Host Front Office System, The Villages of Loreto Bay will utilize SMS|Multi-property Management to segment the hotel and the rental units. SMS|Spa/Resort Scheduling will be used for spa, tennis and dining room reservations. Retail outlets at the spa, tennis facility and golf course will utilize the SMS|POS Retail module. SMS|Touch Fine Dining will be used in four outlets initially. As the property expands, SMS|Touch, and the other SMS|Host modules, will easily accommodate the growth and addition of new outlets. Other modules to be installed include SMS|Baggage Handling and SMS|Membership Management.
