Carol Gallegos, founder of Gallegos & Associates is bringing offices that will represent Arizona, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho, providing representation to the entire Southwestern United States.
Carol holds over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During her career at Marcus and Millichap she was responsible for launching the hospitality division for Arizona in 1945. Carol formed her hotel brokerage firm in 1998. Â She holds a background of many successful hotel transactions in numerous states.
Al Gallegos, who is based in New Mexico, will provide The Passport Group's new office location there.
Al has over 30 years of experience in development. His expertise is in consulting with commercial property owners and helping investors maximize their property value.
