Beaver Creek's Westin Riverfront now offering AIReal Yoga
The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain is thrilled to announce that it is now offering AIReal Yoga™, the first dedicated aerial yoga program in the Vail Valley.
AIReal Yoga™ is the first and only form of aerial yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance. AIReal Yoga™ uses a hammock as a prop for yoga asanas and postures and can be used for all styles of yoga - from gentle therapeutic, to power or Vinyasa flow. AIReal Yoga™ is ideal for all levels and styles of yoga, for the beginner to the expert yogi. The hammock is there to help you, assist you, hold on to you, deepen stretches and to allow all to invert without compressing the spine.

Intro to AIReal Yoga™
- Saturday & Sunday: 4 - 5 p.m.
- Monday: 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
- Wednesday: 5:30 - 6 p.m.
- Friday: 11:30 - 12: 30 p.m.
AIReal Yoga™ FUNdamentals*
- Tuesday: 7 - 8 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:45 - 8:45 a.m.
- Friday: 12:40-1:40 p.m.
The price is $20 for drop-ins or $150 for a 10-class punch card. *You must attend 4 Intro classes to sign up for a FUNdamentals class.
