Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza Hotel Announces Winners of Annual Awards Celebration
KANSAS CITY, MO. April 26, 2016 - The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza Hotel announced today the winners of its 2015 Annual Awards Celebration for three different categories, including Team Member of the Year, Manager of the Year and Leadership Award.
For more than 15 years, the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza Hotel has hosted its Annual Awards Celebration, which is geared toward recognizing and honoring associates for their hard work and dedication. Timothy Brown, lead cook, who has been at the hotel for four years, and Tanner Day, the Food & Beverage supervisor who has been at the hotel for three years, both received the Team Member of the Year Award. Manager of the Year was awarded to Debbie Wright, assistant director of finance, and the Leadership Award was presented to Marilyn Robinette, director of housekeeping, who has been with the hotel for 25 years. Each award winner received a trophy and a $250 cash prize.
