BLAKESLEE, PA. July 12, 2016 - MBA Hotel Brokers, Inc. announces the sale of the Best Western Blakeslee-Poconos Hotel in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania. Charlie Fritsch, President, represented the seller, Pocono Hospitality Corp. MBA Hotel Brokers also procured the buyer in the $3,200,000 sale.
The Best Western Blakeslee-Poconos is located at 107 Parkside Ave. Blakeslee, Pennsylvania. The 85 key, 3 story, interior corridor hotel has an excellent reputation. The hotel is well located off Interstate 80 in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, a leisure destination for couples, families and tour groups. There is growing room demand in mid-week commercial business and there is a new two million square foot warehouse/ distribution facility currently under construction.
