Bahia Principe Triumphs at 2016 Apple Vacations Gala
Spanish All-Inclusive Brand Wins Third Consecutive Crystal Award & Eight Golden Apple Awards
PALMA DE MALLORCA, SP. September 27, 2016 - Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts was honored at the annual Apple Vacations Gala held on September 12, receiving its third consecutive Crystal Award for Best Family Hotel in the Caribbean; which was awarded to the Grand Bahia Principe Coba in Riviera Maya this year.
The Spanish hotel brand also took home eight Golden Apple Awards for excellence in their hotels, including: the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Resort consisting of the Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an Don Pablo Collection, Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal Don Pablo Collection, Grand Bahia Principe Coba and Grand Bahia Principe Tulum; the Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway Bay in Jamaica; and three properties in the Dominican Republic, the Luxury Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado Don Pablo Collection, Luxury Bahia Principe Esmeralda Don Pablo Collection and Grand Bahia Principe San Juan.

The Apple Vacations Awards Gala came right after the launch of Bahia Principe's new agent loyalty program, Bahia Principe Rewards, which was released on September 5.
