HAMBURG, DE. October 31, 2016 - A new design-business Novum Style Hotel is being developed in an excellent city location near the Spreebogen. The 184-room property is scheduled to open in 2019. The rapidly expanding NOVUM Hotel Group is currently creating the foundations for its 102nd hotel in cooperation with Berlin-based project developer immobilien-experten-ag. (www.immexa.de).

Novum Style is the smart hotel concept for urban locations, primarily aimed at business travellers.
