DENVER, CO. & WASHINGTON, D.C. April 17, 2017 - HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the 120-guestroom Hampton Inn Cherry Hill-Voorhees located in Voorhees, New Jersey to a regional hotel ownership group.

The Hotel is strategically located in Voorhees, a part of Camden County and the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Hotel is situated roughly 15 miles southeast of downtown Philadelphia.
