Benchmark Appoints Director of Conference Services
Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs
HOUSTON, TX, January 21, 2008. Benchmark Hospitality International announces the appointment of Heath Patrick to the position of director of conference services for Cheyenne Mountain Resort, the Four Diamond property located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Laura Neumann, Benchmark's vice president and general manager at the resort, made the announcement.

"He brings over a decade of important experience in managing group events, catering and food and beverage operations to our resort, along with intimate knowledge of our market."
Previous to joining Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Heath Patrick served as the successful director of catering sales and event management for the Colorado Springs Marriott. He held the position of director of catering for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts prior to this, working at the company's Colorado Springs property, prior to its transition to the Colorado Springs Marriott.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Patrick served as general manager for Catering Services, Inc., a catering company located in Denver. He has also been employed by Westin Hotels and Resorts at the Westminster, Colorado property. Patrick began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels, where he held progressively responsible management positions for hotels in Denver and New Orleans.
Heath Patrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Denver with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He resides in Colorado Springs with his family.
