The 115-room property is proximate to Clearwater Beach, the #1 beach in the country (TripAdvisor 2016), Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Philadelphia Phillies Spring Training Stadium and is a short 25-minute drive from Tampa International Airport.
Scarlett Hotel Group acquired the hotel in 2016 and the property fits within SHG's core focus of acquiring and managing first-class lodging assets throughout the country in markets which have significant long term potential.
