JANUARY 9, 2008. The destination of Manuel Antonio, located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica is one the most visited spots in Costa Rica, due to its world famous national Park

Manuel Antonio is the home of the famous two time World Travel Award winner. This is Costa Rica's leading hotel winner, Hotel Parador Boutique Resort and Spa. Its extraordinary location and facilities makes it a one of a kind resort. The resort is located on Punta Quepos, minutes from the sport fishing town of Quepos and the national park. The resort, situated on the highest elevation on the point, has views to the park and the coastline, and is uniquely surrounded by rainforest and rising cliffs that meet the sea. Below the hotel within easy walking distance is a beautiful exotic secluded beach nestled in a small tranquil bay, which can be enjoyed by the guests.

The resort has 108 rooms and suites, a spa, two restaurants, three bars, swimming pools, nature trails and offers adventure tours, incentives, weddings, and conferences. But with the ongoing high-end client demand, the resort felt the need to upgrade and add to their existing nine junior suites. The new addition to Hotel Parador is located at the extreme end of the property. This new development provides total privacy and offers incredible views of the Manuel Antonio National Park, its islands and the forests.

The new three story L shape building is located at the highest point of the resort on a rock, and will consist of 31 beautifully appointed suites and a free flowing swimming pool with a natural rock formation waterfall and a bar with endless views of the Pacific Ocean. The suites also include one flat 42" screen TV, one 27" flat screen TV, top of the line pillows, top mattresses with duvets and 350 percale sheets, a separate bathtub and shower, and double granite sinks. All amenities will include bathrobes, wireless internet access, mini bar, coffee maker and a safety deposit box.

The top eight suites have stairs leading to their own private terrace above with a whirlpool and seating, these balconies are 10 x 5 metres and provide 180 degree views on two sides of the terrace. The master suite is located on the corner of the building. It includes a master bedroom with Jacuzzi, a second bedroom with two queen size beds, a living room with a bar and seating area, balcony, and a 10 x 10 terrace with 270 degree views, a large Jacuzzi for four, bar and outdoor seating. This master suite is the ideal location for honeymooners, VIPS, or even a small wedding or private party. All suites will have an eclectic decoration combining tropical elements with classical Mediterranean designs, stone floors, granite bathrooms, hand finished stucco walls, wrought iron verandas, Canopy beds, and top of the line amenities.

Upon arrival guests will have a Royal service and a separate check in counter, they will be brought to their rooms with a golf cart and upon request a bellboy will pick them up. Inside the building there are two elevators available and a concierge desk. The concierge will help the clients with any requests they may have, including tour information, spa appointments, and restaurants reservations.
