Hotel A.G. Sells Hampton Inn Bowling Green, KY
JANUARY 8, 2008. Hotel Assets Group, LLC known as "Hotel A.G." announces today that it has closed the hotel located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Hotel AG has seven alliance offices located in South Florida, Baltimore, Washington, Memphis, Louisville, Los Angeles and the greater Boston region.
The seller was Newport Hospitality Group headquartered in Williamsburg Virginia and the buyer was Apple REIT headquartered in Richmond Virginia. The property will continue to be managed by Newport Hospitality on a going forward basis. Newport Hospitality currently manages 28 hotels located along eastern seaboard states and is widely respected within the Lodging industry.
