Mainstay Suites Breaks Ground in Grantville, PA
JANUARY 4, 2007. Worldwide lodging franchisor Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) is proud to announce that owners broke ground last month on the new MainStay Suites hotel to be located at the intersection of Route 743 and Route 22 in Grantville, Penn. The hotel site is just minutes from the Hollywood Casino, Fort Indiantown Gap and Hershey attractions. Construction on the new property is expected to be completed in spring 2008.

Owned and operated by Krupal & Vishant Desai, the MainStay Suites hotel will feature 64 guestrooms, with two-room suites available, as well as meeting rooms. Krupal & Vishant Desai own and operate numerous hotels and their construction company, Miami Valley Construction & Management, which is building the MainStay Suites hotel has built over 18 hotels nationwide.

The hotel will feature indoor basketball and miniature golf, exercise facility, swimming pool with water slide, game room, free enhanced continental breakfast and business center. Guestrooms will offer free high-speed Internet access, 32" LCD televisions, well-equipped kitchens, large work areas, bright task lighting, sleeper sofas, irons and ironing boards.
