Michele Grosso Named GM Ritz-Carlton Chicago

CHICAGO, IL, January 4, 2007. Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is pleasedto announce the appointment of Michele Grosso to Hotel Manager of TheRitz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel), recently named "Best Hotel InThe United States In 2007" by Cond'e Nast Traveler.

Grosso joins the Hotel from Four Seasons Prague where he held the positionof Hotel Manager for the past four years.

Grosso first joined Four Seasons 17 years ago as Assistant Chief Steward atFour Seasons London. He then moved to his native Italy as RestaurantManager at Four Seasons Milan. After three years at the Milan property,Grosso was promoted to Director of Restaurants and then Director of Food &Beverage at Four Seasons Singapore. In 1998, he moved to Toronto asDirector of Food & Beverage and then transferred to Four Seasons ResortAviara in 2001 in the same capacity.
