Pat Mitchell Promoted to Executive Vice President of Marin Management Inc.
Marin Management, Inc., a California-based hotel management company, announced today that Pat Mitchell has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president. She will oversee the company's operations and leadership team to ensure high performance levels across the organization.
Mitchell joined Marin Management as regional manager and also served as director of revenue and group vice president. She was promoted to senior vice president in 2013, where she managed operations for Marin Management's hotels, restaurants and spas. She has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles in sales and marketing, public relations and communications.
"Pat has been a key member of our team over the past 15 years, bringing vast experience in revenue management, sales and marketing to help our hotel owners achieve measurable growth at their properties," said John Manderfeld, president of Marin Management.
Mitchell's promotion follows an announcement that Manderfeld will be retiring as president of Marin Management in August 2020. "Pat's leadership, professionalism and expertise are unparalleled and she will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition upon my retirement," Manderfeld added.
