INNCOM in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program

. October 14, 2008

DECEMBER 14, 2007. INNCOM International, Inc., has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Connecticut -- a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in the state. Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations, ranked INNCOM at No. 33 with 106 percent revenue growth 2002-2006. This is the second year in a row that INNCOM international was honored as a Connecticut Technology Fast 50 company.

INNCOM CEO Duane Buckingham sites two key factors for the company's success: 1) The lodging industry's need for digital thermostats to control energy costs and stay competitive, and 2) The technology savvy of the company's research and development team to create new solutions that integrate multiple guestroom functions on a single, centrally-monitored and controlled system.

Buckingham said: "We are honored to be recognized by Deloitte for our strong performance; but we could not have done it without the support we have received over the years from our valued hotel customers, strategic business partners, and dedicated management team which boasts more than 50 years of experience in the lodging industry. Our solutions -- which include energy management, guestroom occupancy monitoring and reporting, central electronic lock control, door bell / do-not-disturb / make-up-room annunciation, and patented lighting controls -- are second to none, and are installed in more than 500,000 hotel rooms around the world."

In a prepared statement and congratulatory letter, Connecticut Governor Jodi Rell wrote: "I join all of the sponsors of this year's event in honoring and recognizing the management and employees of INNCOM International, Inc. for your numerous contributions, distinguished service and outstanding leadership. This honor is a true testament to your dedication, commitment and tireless efforts to raise the standards of excellence in the State of Connecticut. It is a privilege to extend my words of tribute to you and all of the employees at INNCOM International, Inc.," she said. "Again, congratulations to you on this very noteworthy honor."

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006, be headquartered in North America, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.

Companies from the 16 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies.
