Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club Welcomes Tarun Rajain as Executive Director of Food & Beverage
From the Florida shores to Cape Cod Bay, Tarun Rajain has been appointed executive director of food & beverage at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club. Formerly a complex director of food & beverage at 24 North and Gates Resort in Key West, Florida, Rajain has over 15 years of experience in managing food and beverage departments.
Prior to 24 North and Gates Resort, Rajain worked his way up to assistant complex director of food & beverage at the Waldorf Astoria Casa Marina and The Reach Resort where he rebranded the resort's restaurant and helped lead it to become one of Key West's most notable dining locations. Rajain's experience is rounded out by his roles as director of outlets at Bahia Mar Beach Resort and before that at Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six as food and beverage manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

As executive director of food & beverage, Rajain will provide leadership in the culinary department, overseeing the resort's multiple year-round and seasonal restaurants, pop-ups, banquet/catering menu development, guest engagement and service. He will oversee the business and operating budget plans to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability and also explore new ways to add value to the overall resort experience including brand partnerships.
