Dimension Hospitality Adds Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Columbus East to Management Portfolio
Joe Viglietta, COO of Dimension Hospitality, an industry leader in hotel management, announced that the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Columbus East has joined Dimension's growing portfolio of managed hotels.
The hotel is in the final stages of a multi-million-dollar renovation showcasing the brand's new modern calm interior. Every guest room has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, mattresses, carpet, and window treatments. Bathrooms have been upgraded with new wallcovering, lighting, mirrors, and showers. Public space improvements include a new breakfast area, lobby décor and a refreshed Corner Market, offering healthy, grab and go options 24/7.
"The Fairfield Inn and Suites Columbus East will soon have an entirely new look and feel that conveys a relaxed vibe," said Viglietta. "We are eager to reintroduce this beautifully refreshed property to the Columbus market and generate excitement among the hotel's associates."
"Dimension has a tremendous track record operating upper midscale hotels and we look forward to rendering impressive returns on this most recent renovation to the investors." said Jeff Shockley, executive vice president development and analytics. "We are expert at elevating the guest experience and bringing those higher average daily rates (ADR) to the bottom line."
