Rosen Centre Hotel Becomes The Official Hotel Sponsor For Upcoming The Art of the Motorcycle Exhibit

. October 14, 2008

ORLANDO, FL, August 29, 2005. The Rosen Centre Hotel will be putting the "vroom, vroom in your room, room" after becoming the Official Hotel for The Art of the Motorcycle exhibition at the Orlando Museum of Art (OMA), which will run next year from January 22 through July 23, 2006.

Why the Rosen Centre? Because it's sleek and good-looking on the outside, like many of today's motorcycles. Once you get inside, the Rosen Centre is powerful in its ability to deliver comfort, again like the best bikes around.

And, oh, yes, the Rosen Centre has a multi-tiered parking garage that's perfect for motorcycle riders who want a secure place to protect their bikes from any possible poor weather conditions.

"The Art of the Motorcycle will be an exciting exhibition appealing to a wide range of guests including motorcycle enthusiasts and art lovers and we are proud to be part of it," says Todd Frappier, Director of Sales & Marketing for Rosen Centre. "There are several local organizations and businesses who are behind the show and, like them, this is a way that we can give something back to a community that gives so much to us. At the same time, we can offer our guests yet another creative benefit for staying at the hotel."

Based on the landmark exhibition that opened at the Guggenheim Museum, New York, in 1998 to record crowds, The Art of the Motorcycle explores the motorcycle as both cultural icon and design achievement and offers a thought-provoking challenge to conventional assumptions about art and popular culture in the modern age.

^3We are thrilled that Rosen Centre Hotel has become The Official Hotel sponsor for the OMA^1s world-class exhibition The Art of the Motorcycle,^2 says Marena Grant Morrisey, executive director of the Orlando Museum of Art. ^3The Rosen Centre provides the same outstanding standard of service for its guests as the Museum does for its visitors. We^1re confident that visitors coming to the exhibition who stay at the Rosen Centre will have an exceptional experience.^2

As the Official Hotel of the exhibition, the Rosen Centre will be able to create travel packages that are tied into the event, receive name recognition throughout various marketing and on-site materials associated with the event, and be able to participate in functions tied to the exhibit. Meeting planners booking groups at the hotel will also be afforded the opportunity to develop unique off-site programs tied to the exhibition.

Rosen Centre offers an array of recreation and relaxation options to guests. The on-site Tropical Swimming Grotto includes a large pool, whirlpool and wading pool sure to create the perfect setting for relaxation, play and sunbathing. The resort^1s full service health spa, Body and Sol Spa, fulfills each individual^1s needs with a wide variety of contemporary treatments, while the newly refurbished fitness center offers new state of the art equipment and one-on-one personal training and nutrition consultation. Golf is available at Rosen^1s award-winning Shingle Creek Golf Club, where hotel guests receive preferred tee times for a challenging day of play on this 7,228-yard, par 72 course.

Rosen Centre Hotel also offers seven restaurants and lounges offering cuisine from gourmet to deli fare. For a fine dining experience "Florida-style," the hotel^1s Everglades restaurant offers unique regional cuisine such as gator chowder and marinated buffalo in a themed setting capturing the mysterious atmosphere of the Florida Everglades. For more casual fare, Caf'e Gauguin offers grand buffets and a wonderful full-service menu served amid vibrant oversized color reproductions of Paul Gauguin^1s Tahitian-themed works.
