Park Hyatt St. Kitts is pleased to announce the appointment of Mariano Silvestri as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of the resort including accommodation, guest services, its three restaurants, Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary, and all amenities and experiences available to guests and visitors.

Mariano's appointment comes at an exciting time for Park Hyatt St. Kitts, as the resort continues to evolve through newly renovated villa options, fresh booking offers including the Park Reserve Collection for multi-generational groups, updates to the Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary, and new dining concepts on the horizon.

"It is a great pleasure for me to be joining the Park Hyatt St. Kitts family, a property that I can already see offers a most incredible experience to guests," says Mariano. "With a team that clearly gives 100 per cent at every opportunity, I couldn't be happier to guide the resort into a new phase, and I can't wait to see what the coming years have in store for a hotel with the potential to take luxury to yet another level."

Boasting an illustrious career spanning more than two decades and having led several properties within the Hyatt portfolio, Mariano joins Park Hyatt St. Kitts from his most recent post as General Manager at Hyatt Centric Gaoxin Xi'an in China. He brings a wealth of international experience, visionary leadership, and a passion for world-class hospitality to the premier luxury resort on the island of St. Kitts. Mariano began his Hyatt journey at Park Hyatt Mendoza in Argentina before advancing to roles at Grand Hyatt Dubai and Park Hyatt Shanghai. He has since built a reputation for leading through example with a focus on operational excellence, employee engagement, and exceptional guest satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has led teams at prestigious properties including Hyatt Regency Qingdao, Hyatt Regency Tianjin East, and Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa.

An expert in driving success for high-performing resorts and multicultural destinations, Mariano is well positioned to guide the resort to new heights through a balanced strategy that is both tactical and innovative. His appointment marks a dynamic new chapter for Park Hyatt St. Kitts as the resort continues to set new standards in Caribbean luxury hospitality.
