A seasoned hospitality executive with nearly two decades of global leadership experience, Albacar has built his career across ultra-luxury resorts, integrated destinations, and high-profile openings spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Global Operations for One&Only and Vice President of One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai, where he led the strategic rollout of operational standards across the brand's worldwide portfolio and spearheaded the landmark opening of One&Only One Za'abeel.

His operational expertise and culinary sensibility - shaped by early training in Michelin-starred kitchens such as The Waterside Inn and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons - have earned him a reputation for driving excellence, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration throughout various global portfolios.
A Catalan national fluent in six languages, Albacar is known for inspiring high-performing teams and crafting transformative experiences that reflect the spirit of place.
