Quentin Incao
KIRKLAND, WA, October 11, 2007. The Northwest's premier luxury hospitality management company, MTM Luxury Lodging, announces the appointment of Quentin Incao as Director of Operations. Incao will lead the development of improved operational standards for MTM hotels, benchmark best practices for process and profit improvement opportunities and pilot the selection and implementation of significant environmental initiatives for MTM. Additionally, he will work with MTM leadership to facilitate the development and integration of the many new hotels expected to join the MTM collection in the near future.
MTM Luxury Lodging operates Alderbrook Resort & Spa, Cave B Inn at SageCliffe, Freestone Inn, Hotel 1000, Willows Lodge, and Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club and Spa, all in Washington State, in addition to Ivy Hotel in San Diego, The Liberty Hotel in Boston and The Bardessono Inn and Spa in Yountville, Napa Valley, which opens in summer 2008.

Previously, Incao was operations manager for Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Wash. During his time at the property, Willows Lodge was ranked No. 12 by Travel + Leisure readers in the Top 100 Hotels in the United States & Canada and No. 80 in the Top 100 Hotels in the world. Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Incao worked in the food and beverage industry, as well as the hotel industry for more than 16 years in many cities across the country.
Born in London, England, Incao resides in Kirkland, Wash. with his wife Louise and son Aiden. Incao graduated from Santa Barbara City College in Hotel/Restaurant Management in June 1992.
