. October 14, 2008

DALLAS, TX / SEATTLE, WA, August 28, 2006. Noble House Hotels & Resorts has renewed with Pegasus Solutions for distribution and reservation services to support the hotel company's 13 boutique properties nationwide. Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions, Inc. (www.pegs.com) is a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors.

The new agreement extends Noble House's use of the Pegasus HotelFactoryTM central reservation system. It also includes voice reservation services through Pegasus' network of call centers around the world and booking through Open Hospitality. Noble House will also receive a one-way interface from the HotelFactory CRS to the Springer Miller property management system it uses at all its properties. Noble House has been a Pegasus customer since 2001.

"The service and support provided by Pegasus Solutions over the past five years have allowed us to better manage our properties and achieve both branding and access to a broad number of travelers," said Chris Gautier, vice president of revenue management and distribution for Noble House. "We are delighted to continue this relationship."

Noble House will continue using the HotelFactory CRS, a fully hosted suite of management and distribution tools with an integrated Internet booking engine. It will also maintain reservation services through Pegasus' nine call centers worldwide supporting 40 countries, and a booking engine powered by Open Hospitality. The 13 Noble House properties will also remain in the Pegasus Online Distribution Database, which gives Web sites access to hotel information and photos with multilingual support, and empowers Noble House to provide up-to-date information on selected properties.
