Wyndham Introduces Personalized Breakfast Program

AUGUST 15, 2007. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has introduced a new breakfast program called Fields & Sun that emphasizes personalization, fresh ingredients and outstanding service.

The breakfast features Bear Naked(R) granola, organic hot cereal, made-to-order eggs, freshly baked muffins and croissants and a regional selection of at least eight fruits and berries, depending on the season.

Cooked-to-order fresh omelets, scrambled eggs and poached eggs now are offered in lieu of traditional buffet-style scrambled eggs. Wyndham(R) chefs welcome guest requests to add the meats and cheeses of their choice to omelets and other breakfast entrees.

All Wyndham breakfast customers now will be presented with a complimentary fresh smoothie sample before ordering. A different smoothie flavor will be featured each day of the week.

"We believe personalization should extend from the guest room to the dining room," said Fernando Salazar, Wyndham vice president of food and beverage. "The Fields & Sun breakfast offers guests more options and higher-quality ingredients for a fresh start to their day."

All Wyndham hotels and resorts are scheduled to offer the Fields & Sun breakfast by next month.
