RCI Signs A Brand New Deal With Major Cypriot Developer
EUROPEAN UNION, September 9, 2005. RCI, the largest travel membership company worldwide, has signed a brand new agreement with Vesta Vacations, part of Leptos Group, one of the principal property developers and major hotelier in South Eastern Europe, to affiliate the Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort in Cyprus. With the support of the Cyprus Tourist Organisation (CTO) which believes timeshare to be integral to the growth of tourism on the islands, Cyprus looks set for a new tourism
trend.

In addition to affiliating its first timeshare property to RCI's exchange system, Leptos Group has launched its Vesta Vacation Club which will be serviced by RCI as a white label club, facilitating club reservations and providing a full range of travel and exchange services to members. The Paphos Gardens Holidays Resort is the first resort within the club with plans to incorporate additional existing Leptos resorts throughout the island.
Situated just off the main beach, the Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort is within walking distance of the town's historic harbour. The accommodation ranges from studio to three-bedroom apartments with garden or terrace, and facilities include restaurants, three swimming pools, health spa and live entertainment.
