Sam Tell Companies Relocating to Farmingdale, NY
JULY 20, 2007. The Sam Tell Companies are pleased to announce that they have closed on a 6-acre property located at 300 Smith Street in Farmingdale, New York and have commenced renovation on an existing structure.
When completed sometime in early 2008, the building will encompass close to 3 million cubic feet of warehouse, office, and showroom space, with a 2,000 square foot test kitchen. This space will become their primary office and warehouse location.
In addition, The Sam Tell Companies, has leased a 5,000 square foot office space in Manhattan which will house its engineering department.
