Lodge To Manage Holiday Inn, St. Paul
ST. PAUL, MN, October 2, 2006. Lodge Hotels & Resorts has been awarded the management contract for the Holiday Inn St. Paul East by the property's owner, J & W Lodging. The Lodge Hotels & Resorts' first property in the Twin Cities, the Holiday Inn St. Paul East, is in the process of completing a multi-million dollar renovation.
The Holiday Inn St. Paul East, located adjacent to the 3M Corporate Headquarters on Burns Avenue and McKnight Road at 2201 Burns Ave. "This is an important milestone for The Lodge Hotels & Resorts as it is our first property in the Twin Cities market. Holiday Inn is a tremendous national brand and this hotel perfectly meets the demands of business and leisure travelers," remarked managing partner Joel C. Cairy. The hotel features 195 guestrooms with Presidential Serta beds, complimentary wireless internet, an Executive Club Level, more than 10,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and exhibit space, indoor pool and hot tub, newly renovated workout room, game room and Michaels Restaurant and Lounge.
