. October 14, 2008

FEBRUARY 13, 2008. The All-inclusive King Room, designed for value-conscious leisure and business travelers, enhances the brand's original King Room option by adding a communications package that includes high-speed Internet, unlimited local and long-distance phone calls, and outbound/inbound fax service.

'We understand guests that need to stay plugged in,' said Joe Wheeling, chief executive officer for Red Roof Inn. 'So we have taken our popular King Room and added valuable amenities that cater to the wants and needs of these travelers. The bundled room offers an exceptional value at an affordable price, which is exactly why guests choose to stay at Red Roof Inn.'

Red Roof Inn's All-inclusive King Rooms not only bring solutions to those travelers that want to stay connected with the office or with friends and family, but also provides amenities that make their stay more relaxing and productive. On top of the new communications bundle, the room includes: a king-size bed with the award-winning bedding package to optimize sleep comfort, an ergonomic, executive-style work chair, L-shaped desk with enhanced workspace, and a telephone with speaker for hands-free communication. The room also features a built-in microwave and refrigerator, affording guests more dining options.

Red Roof Inn is considered a leader in economy lodging because of its dedication to guest satisfaction. In 2004, Red Roof Inn began a nationwide renovation plan as part of its ongoing goal to redefine economy lodging. The redesign features smart design principles and smart amenities that are simple and economic, but also provide guests with what they need without sacrificing quality. Highlights of the renovation include a freshly-ground gourmet coffee service, enhanced bedding with pillow-top mattresses and broader in-room television entertainment. The rooms also feature sleek, blond furnishings, granite countertops, bold accent wall color, pewter-finished light fixtures and bathrooms with innovative rounded shower curtains for added elbow room.

Red Roof Inn continues to receive high marks in the J.D. Power and Associates' North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study. In 2006, the brand earned the highest score out of the 15 largest hotel brands in 'Comfort of Bed' in the Economy/Budget segment and in 2007 ranked second in overall guest satisfaction in the Economy/Budget segment.

Red Roof Inn's All-inclusive King Room will be rolled out nationwide in February 2008.
